They had timeslots across the day, quick turnaround (results emailed within hours, same day), and was easy to reach by public transport — all things I compared across a few places before booking. I visited in July 2026. The scan itself was done professionally and I was seen on time. There was no "sorry we're running behind." I'd seen mixed online reviews beforehand, but know what you're after. If you want efficiency and professionalism, it delivers. Don't expect a cosy waiting area though. I got the service I was after (quicker than the NHS route), which is what mattered most to me. One thing worth reviewing: the waiting area is small and tight, right next to their reception, so whilst waiting I could hear other patients booking their appointments and overheard some conversation from a nearby consultation room. A layout review might help with privacy.
