Whole-body ultrasound
17 anatomical areas including echocardiogram, carotids, thyroid/neck, lymph nodes, salivary glands, breast and chest wall, abdomen, kidneys, bladder and sex-specific pelvic/prostate/testicular assessment.
A premium, coordinated medical and physical assessment for senior executives, founders and time-poor professionals — combining whole-body ultrasound, Consultant Cardiologist review, MSK and gait analysis at our partner clinic ALO Physiotherapy, and an integrated GP consultation that brings every finding into one plan.
The Executive 360° is a single integrated medical and physical assessment for executives and senior professionals. It brings together four pillars in one coordinated package: a 17-area whole-body ultrasound at our Welbeck Street clinic (heart echocardiogram, carotid Doppler, thyroid and neck, salivary glands, lymph nodes, chest wall, bilateral breast and armpit, pancreas, abdominal aorta, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, spleen, bladder, uterus and ovaries for women or testis and prostate for men); a Consultant Cardiologist examination with ECG and consultation; a one-hour musculoskeletal and gait assessment at our partner clinic ALO Physiotherapy at 20 Harley Street (five minutes’ walk); and an integrated 40–60 minute GP review on the first Friday after your appointment — in person or by phone — where our GP brings every finding together and agrees a personalised plan with you. £1,500 base package. Optional add-ons: comprehensive blood test panel (£640), Premium Comprehensive Tumour Marker Screen (£2,000), and home or office visit covering all services at your location (£1,000). Annual subscription available from £200 per month.
The value of this package is not only the number of tests — it is the integration. Each specialist element is reviewed as part of one whole-person picture by our Medical Director.
17 anatomical areas including echocardiogram, carotids, thyroid/neck, lymph nodes, salivary glands, breast and chest wall, abdomen, kidneys, bladder and sex-specific pelvic/prostate/testicular assessment.
Echocardiogram performed personally by a GMC-registered Consultant Cardiologist, plus ECG, vital signs, full cardiovascular physical examination and structured face-to-face consultation — not just a report.
One-hour structured assessment at our partner clinic ALO Physiotherapy — sitting and standing posture, movement quality testing and Footscan pressure-plate gait analysis. The body-mechanics side most check-ups skip entirely.
40–60 minute GP review with Dr Babak Soleimanpour, our Medical Director, on the first Friday after your appointment — in person or by phone. Every finding from every pillar in one plan.
The cardiology pillar of the Executive 360° is delivered face-to-face by a GMC-registered Consultant Cardiologist. It is more than the typical “echocardiogram then report” pathway — your Cardiologist performs the heart ultrasound themselves, interprets it in real time, examines you, takes your cardiovascular history, and discusses your cardiovascular risk with you in a structured consultation.
Five components, performed in one back-to-back cardiology session:
Performed by one of our GMC-registered Consultant Cardiologists: Dr Mohammad Al-Majali or Dr Farveh Vakilian Aghouee. See our Clinical Team page for full credentials.
Most senior professionals treat their body like an old car — they ignore the warning signs until something breaks down. A niggly neck. A lower back that aches by Thursday. Shoulders that haven’t felt right for two years. Wrists that flare up after a long week. These things get managed, pushed through, adapted to — they rarely get properly investigated. The MSK and gait pillar of the Executive 360° exists to give you a complete, evidence-based picture of what is actually happening to your body, before it becomes a serious problem.
This is a one-hour structured assessment delivered at our partner clinic ALO Physiotherapy, 20 Harley Street — a five-minute walk from our Welbeck Street clinic. The session covers four areas:
Before you come in, ALO asks you to do one thing: record a short video (60–90 seconds) of yourself working at your desk — from the side and slightly behind. Not how you think you should sit. How you actually sit when you’re in the middle of a normal working day. The moment most people enter a clinical setting, they straighten up. A short video gives the assessor a window into your real posture under real conditions — making the advice far more concrete.
The MSK and gait pillar is delivered at ALO Physiotherapy, 20 Harley Street — alo-physiotherapy.co.uk. ALO is a separate registered physiotherapy clinic; their clinicians are HCPC-registered. The Executive 360° integrates their assessment into your overall plan via your GP review.
The most valuable element of the Executive 360° is the one most executive health packages don’t have: a proper, structured, doctor-led review of everything together. You will sit with Dr Babak Soleimanpour, our Medical Director, for 40 to 60 minutes — in person at our Welbeck Street clinic or by phone — on the first Friday following your appointment. He will have read every report by then.
What happens in the review:
This is the difference between a fragmented set of reports and a coherent picture of your health. It is also the answer to the question every executive asks after a busy check-up: “OK, but what does it all actually mean, and what should I do?”
The GP review is conducted by Dr Babak Soleimanpour, our GMC-registered Medical Director. See his bio on our Clinical Team page.
A coordinated journey designed to minimise fragmented visits while keeping each clinical pillar specialist-led.
You start at our Welbeck Street clinic. Reception checks you in, vital signs are taken, and your ultrasound consultant performs the whole-body scan. The Consultant Cardiologist then performs the Echocardiogram, ECG and cardiology consultation. If you have added the comprehensive blood test, the blood draw happens here before you move to ALO.

For patients who want an annual executive health rhythm rather than ad-hoc appointments. Designed to keep your health on a predictable plan rather than fire-fighting.
Subscription terms and conditions — including minimum commitment, cancellation policy, treatment of unused appointments, and VAT — are set out on a separate page. We recommend reading these before subscribing. To start a subscription after your first assessment, please contact us by phone (020 7101 3377) or in person at the end of your GP review.
Chief executives, founders, partners at law and PE firms, senior consultants, MDs in finance, surgeons, barristers — anyone whose schedule does not accommodate fragmented check-ups across multiple providers.
If five separate appointments at four different providers is not practical, the Executive 360° collapses that into one half-day plus an integrated GP review.
The MSK and gait assessment is built specifically for desk workers. It catches the structural problems that drive recurring neck, back, shoulder, and wrist symptoms in professionals.
Preparing for a year of intense travel, a major life event, or returning to intense training — a comprehensive baseline before that period starts is genuinely useful.
The integrated four-pillar approach catches the cross-system patterns that single-discipline assessments miss.
Suitable for company-funded executive health benefits. Multi-person bookings welcome; contact us to discuss scheduling.
So you can decide whether to add other tests: the Executive 360° does not include MRI or CT imaging (LPU is an ultrasound clinic). It does not include endoscopy, colonoscopy, or any procedure requiring sedation. It does not include nerve conduction studies or EMG. It does not include specialist neurology, psychiatry, or onward surgical assessment — though if your GP review identifies that any of these are needed, the integrated report supports onward referral. The MSK assessment at ALO is diagnostic and advisory; hands-on physiotherapy treatment is not included within the package and is arranged separately if recommended. Tumour markers (in the optional add-on) are a screening adjunct and not a definitive cancer test. We are open about this so you can decide what to add.
Every pillar is delivered by a named, registered clinician.

Nineteen of the questions we’re most often asked about the Executive 360° Health Assessment. If you have a question not covered here, call us on 020 7101 3377 or message us on WhatsApp.
The Executive 360° Health Assessment is a single, integrated medical and physical assessment designed for senior executives, founders and senior professionals. It brings together whole-body ultrasound covering 17 anatomical areas (including heart, vascular, abdomen, pelvis, breast and thyroid), a Consultant Cardiologist examination with ECG, a one-hour musculoskeletal and gait assessment at our partner clinic ALO Physiotherapy (a five-minute walk from our Welbeck Street clinic), and a 40–60 minute integrated GP review on the first Friday following your appointment. The package is delivered as one coordinated service, with one final integrated picture explained by our GP.
The £1,500 base package includes all four pillars: a whole-body ultrasound covering 17 anatomical areas at our London Private Ultrasound clinic; a Consultant Cardiologist examination including Echocardiogram, ECG, physical examination, vital signs and consultation; a one-hour MSK and gait assessment at ALO Physiotherapy in 20 Harley Street, including sitting and standing posture analysis, movement testing and Footscan pressure-plate gait analysis; and a 40–60 minute integrated GP review with our Medical Director Dr Babak Soleimanpour on the first Friday following your appointment, in person or by phone. Verbal explanations at each step; written reports within 24 hours from each clinician; integrated written summary after the GP review.
Around two hours at our London Private Ultrasound clinic at 27 Welbeck Street for the ultrasound and cardiology pillars, followed by a five-minute walk to ALO Physiotherapy at 20 Harley Street for a one-hour MSK and gait assessment. So the in-clinic part is approximately three hours total on the day of your appointment. Your integrated GP review of 40 to 60 minutes is scheduled separately on the first Friday following your appointment, either in person at our clinic or by phone — your choice.
Every pillar is delivered by a named, registered clinician. The ultrasound pillar is performed by one of our consultant sonographers or vascular scientists. The cardiology pillar is delivered by a GMC-registered Consultant Cardiologist — either Dr Mohammad Al-Majali or Dr Farveh Vakilian Aghouee. The MSK and gait pillar is performed by an HCPC-registered physiotherapist at ALO Physiotherapy. Your integrated GP review is conducted by Dr Babak Soleimanpour, our GMC-registered Medical Director. Full credentials for every clinician are available on our Clinical Team page.
Most executive health checks are a blood test, a basic scan, and a 20-minute doctor chat. The Executive 360° is materially more thorough across two dimensions. First, the depth: 17 anatomical areas scanned by ultrasound, an Echocardiogram performed personally by a Consultant Cardiologist (not just reviewed from a sonographer’s report), and a Footscan pressure-plate gait analysis that most check-ups skip entirely. Second, the integration: instead of fragmented reports across multiple providers, your GP brings everything together in a 40–60 minute review on the first Friday following your appointment and translates the findings into one personalised plan you can act on.
Two locations on the same morning, a five-minute walk apart in the Harley Street medical district. The ultrasound, cardiology, and (if added) blood draw take place at London Private Ultrasound at 27 Welbeck Street, London W1G 8EN. The MSK and gait assessment takes place at ALO Physiotherapy at 20 Harley Street, London W1G 9PT. Your integrated GP review takes place either at our Welbeck Street clinic or by phone — your choice.
No GP referral is required. You can book directly online, by phone (020 7101 3377), or by WhatsApp. If you have prior medical records, imaging reports, or specialist correspondence, please bring them to your appointment — they help your clinicians interpret your results in clinical context.
Yes. We offer a home or office visit option for an additional £1,000. With this option, all services — including the MSK and gait assessment — are delivered at your location in London. This is designed for senior professionals whose schedules make travelling to two clinic sites difficult. Contact us in advance to confirm your location, the space requirements, and timing. Some equipment-dependent elements may have practical limits; we’ll discuss any constraints before confirming the booking.
Three ways to book: online through our Semble booking system, by phone on 020 7101 3377, or by WhatsApp on 07414 165515. We typically have availability within 1–2 weeks at our Welbeck Street clinic, with same-week appointments often possible. For executives travelling to London for a specific window, contact us in advance so we can prioritise scheduling. Your GP review on the first Friday following your appointment is booked at the same time.
Yes — corporate bookings are welcome and we can accommodate teams of executives across a planned schedule. For multi-person corporate bookings please contact us by phone (020 7101 3377) or by email to discuss scheduling across your team, invoicing arrangements, and any reporting requirements. Privacy-respecting aggregate reporting can be arranged for corporate clients with appropriate consent from each participant — individual clinical findings are never disclosed to employers.
Seventeen anatomical areas in one visit: heart (Echocardiogram by Consultant Cardiologist), both carotid arteries (Doppler stroke risk assessment), thyroid and neck, lymph nodes (cervical, supraclavicular, axillary, inguinal), salivary glands, chest wall, bilateral breast, armpit/axilla, pancreas, abdominal aorta, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, spleen, bladder, and either uterus and ovaries (women) or testis and prostate (men). Performed on the GE LOGIQ E10s — GE HealthCare’s premium clinical ultrasound platform — using transducers selected for each anatomical region.
Yes. The package adapts to your anatomy. Women receive uterine and ovarian ultrasound assessment, bilateral breast and axillary scanning, and chest wall imaging. Men receive testicular and prostate ultrasound assessment along with chest wall imaging. All other elements — cardiology with Consultant Cardiologist, MSK and gait at ALO, and the integrated GP review — apply equally to both. If you have specific concerns relevant to your sex or family history, mention these at booking so the appointment can be tailored accordingly.
For an additional £640 you can add our comprehensive blood test panel. The blood draw takes place at LPU before your ALO appointment on the day of your assessment, and the results are integrated into your GP review on the first Friday afterwards. Your GP discusses your blood results alongside the ultrasound, cardiology and MSK findings so you receive one integrated picture, not fragmented reports. The panel covers a broad range including chemistry, lipid profile, hormones, inflammatory markers, vitamins and minerals, HbA1c and more — full panel detail is available on request.
Our Premium Comprehensive Tumour Marker Screen is normally £2,999 as a standalone service. When added to the Executive 360°, it is £2,000. The panel screens a broad range of tumour markers across multiple body sites. Full details of which markers are included are on our Tumour Marker Blood Tests page. An important honest note: tumour markers are a screening adjunct and not a definitive cancer test — they can produce both false-positive and false-negative results, and your GP will explain interpretation, limitations, and any necessary follow-up during your integrated review.
We are open about this so you can decide whether to add other tests. The Executive 360° does not include MRI or CT imaging (LPU is an ultrasound clinic).
After your first Executive 360° Health Assessment, you can subscribe for ongoing care. The standard subscription is £200 per month and includes: one annual Executive 360° Health Assessment, two ultrasound appointments per year (each up to the value of £250), two GP appointments per year, one 30-minute follow-up consultation with ALO Physiotherapy, and up to six 30-minute phone consultations with our GP per year. For £250 per month, your annual comprehensive blood test panel is included. Full subscription terms and conditions — covering minimum commitment, cancellation policy, treatment of unused appointments, and VAT — are available on a separate page. We recommend reading these before subscribing.
Yes, the subscription can be cancelled. Cancellation terms, minimum commitment period, and the treatment of unused appointments at year-end are set out in our subscription Terms and Conditions, which we link from the subscription section of this page. We strongly recommend reading the full T&Cs before subscribing so you understand exactly what is and isn’t included, how the annual cycle works, and your rights at cancellation. Subscriptions are designed to provide predictable ongoing care rather than to lock you in; the T&Cs are written to be fair on both sides.
Verbal explanation at the time of each component — by your ultrasound consultant during scanning, by your Consultant Cardiologist during the cardiology assessment, and by the ALO Physiotherapy clinician during the MSK and gait session. Individual written reports follow within 24 hours from each clinician. Your integrated GP review on the first Friday following your appointment brings every finding together — the GP reviews each report with you, answers your questions, and agrees a personalised plan. The full integrated written summary follows after the GP review. You receive everything in writing for your own records and for onward referral if needed.
Executive health assessment packages are sometimes covered by private insurance, but coverage varies considerably between insurers and policy types. Many corporate executive health benefits do cover this kind of comprehensive assessment; many personal policies do not. Contact your insurer in advance to confirm what is covered and obtain any pre-authorisation code needed before your appointment. We can provide a detailed itemised receipt to support your claim. If your insurer covers some pillars but not others, we can discuss whether to proceed with the full package privately or break out specific components — call us to discuss your specific situation.
Base package £1,500. Whole-body ultrasound, Consultant Cardiologist review, MSK and gait assessment at ALO Physiotherapy, and an integrated GP consultation in one coordinated pathway. No GP referral required.
