Please note there is a single step at the entrance, as our clinic sits slightly above road level — if you use a wheelchair or have mobility needs, please call us on 020 7101 3377 before your visit so our team can assist you and make sure everything is ready for your arrival. We’re happy to make reasonable adjustments, including extra appointment time or accommodating a carer or assistance dog. Please also note that step-free and lift access is not available on Sundays, so we’re unable to offer Sunday appointments to patients who require step-free access; our team will gladly arrange a suitable Monday–Saturday appointment instead.
