Executive Health Check

The Executive Health Check is our most comprehensive Health Check Package. It combines four components in a coordinated appointment:

1. Full Body Ultrasound Premium — 9 ultrasound examinations plus a complete Heart Health Check including Echocardiogram, ECG, vital signs, and cardiology physical examination
2. Cardiologist consultation — face-to-face with one of our three Consultant Cardiologists
3. Comprehensive Wellness Blood Panel — 24 markers covering haematology, biochemistry, organ function, metabolic health, hormones, plus PSA for men or CA125 for women
4. GP consultation — 30 minutes with our Medical Director and GMC-registered GP to integrate all findings into a personalised plan

From £1,795 all-inclusive. The most thorough single-visit preventive screening we offer.

The Executive Health Check includes everything in Advanced Health Check (£1,495) plus a complete Heart Health Check delivered by a Consultant Cardiologist:

• Echocardiogram — heart ultrasound assessing all four chambers, valves, and pumping function
• 12-lead ECG
• Cardiovascular physical examination
• Vital signs assessment
• Face-to-face Cardiologist consultation

Both tiers include the same Comprehensive Wellness Blood Panel and GP consultation. Executive is approximately 175 minutes total (vs 135 for Advanced) and £1,795 (vs £1,495).

The £300 difference reflects the addition of cardiology specialist time, Echocardiogram, and ECG. The standalone Heart Health Check costs £449, so Executive represents £149 saving on this addition.

The Executive Health Check costs £1,795 all-inclusive. The fee includes:

• Full Body Ultrasound Premium (120-minute combined ultrasound and Heart Health Check)
• Performed by registered ultrasound consultant + Consultant Cardiologist
• 24-marker Comprehensive Wellness Blood Panel
• 30-minute face-to-face GP consultation with our Medical Director
• Same-day verbal results from ultrasound consultant and Cardiologist
• Integrated written report combining all findings
• NHS referral letter at no additional charge if needed

When booked individually, the equivalent components would cost over £1,944 — and you would still need separate appointments and find a GP willing to interpret cardiology, ultrasound, and blood findings together.

The Executive Health Check is delivered by a multi-disciplinary team:

• Ultrasound — performed by one of our registered ultrasound consultants: Mr Pedram Aghaei, Mr Reza Farahmandfar, Dr Reza Salehi, Mrs Ruchi Gupta, or Mr Edwardo Murakami
• Heart Health Check — performed by one of our three Consultant Cardiologists: Dr Farveh Vakilian, Dr Hana Pospisilova, or Dr Mohammad Almajali (all GMC-registered specialists)
• Blood sample — drawn by our trained phlebotomist
• GP consultation — conducted by Dr Babak Soleimanpour, our Medical Director and GMC-registered GP (MRCGP, DRCOG, GMC: 6060555)

All work under unified medical governance.

The two consultations serve different but complementary purposes:

• The Cardiologist consultation focuses specifically on your cardiovascular system — interpreting your Echocardiogram, ECG, blood pressure, and any cardiac symptoms. Specialist-level interpretation of cardiac findings.
• The GP consultation integrates everything: cardiology findings, ultrasound findings (thyroid, abdomen, kidneys, breast, etc.), and the 24-marker blood panel. Your GP synthesises these specialist inputs into a personalised lifestyle plan addressing your overall health, not just one organ system.

This dual-specialist model is the gold standard for executive health screening — and rare to find in a single visit at this price point.

Choose the Executive Health Check if:

• You are aged 50 or older
• You have any cardiovascular risk factors (family history of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes)
• You have noticed cardiac symptoms (chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath)
• You smoke or have smoked
• You are sedentary or overweight
• You are a senior executive or in a high-stress occupation wanting time-efficient comprehensive assessment
• You are starting an intense exercise programme or marathon training
• You have a strong family history of cancer or cardiovascular disease
• You simply want the most thorough preventive screening available

Executive is also ideal as a baseline assessment before major life events or career transitions.

The Executive Health Check is delivered across approximately 175 minutes:

• 80 minutes — Full Body Ultrasound Plus examinations (thyroid, carotid, abdomen, kidneys, pelvic/genital, lymph nodes, breast, axilla, chest wall)
• 40 minutes — Heart Health Check with Consultant Cardiologist (Echocardiogram, ECG, examination, consultation)
• 20 minutes — Blood sample collection
• 30 minutes — GP consultation reviewing all findings

The GP review is typically scheduled 3-5 days later once blood results are available, allowing all findings to be discussed together.

The Executive Health Check provides screening across virtually all major body systems:

• Cardiovascular: heart valve disease, cardiomyopathy, reduced ejection fraction, atrial fibrillation, prior silent heart attacks, carotid plaque, abdominal aortic aneurysm
• Cancer surveillance: thyroid nodules, breast cysts and masses, prostate enlargement (men), ovarian and uterine pathology (women), elevated cancer markers (PSA, CA125)
• Metabolic: diabetes, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, fatty liver disease (NAFLD/MASLD)
• Liver/biliary: gallstones, fatty liver, liver masses
• Renal: kidney stones and cysts, masses, urinary tract abnormalities
• Endocrine: thyroid dysfunction, vitamin deficiencies
• Haematological: anaemia, inflammation

The integrated GP consultation translates all findings into a coherent personalised health plan.

For accurate results:

• Fast for 8 hours before your appointment — water permitted
• Drink 500ml of water 30 minutes before arrival to fill the bladder
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing in two pieces — you will need to undress to the waist for breast examination and Echocardiogram
• Avoid wearing perfume, deodorant, or talcum powder on the chest area
• Bring any prior cardiology reports, ECGs, echocardiograms, mammograms, or imaging
• Take your usual medications unless specifically advised otherwise
• Allow 3 hours for the appointment plus 10–15 minutes for arrival

The scan is non-invasive, painless, and uses no ionising radiation.

Many of our patients are concerned that if they come to us, they won’t be able to go back to public health. That simply is not the case.

If your Executive Health Check identifies a condition requiring NHS specialist management — such as significant valvular disease requiring cardiology follow-up, a suspicious lesion requiring biopsy, abdominal aortic aneurysm requiring vascular surgery, or any other finding requiring further investigation — we generate a same-day formal referral letter at no additional charge.

The referral is significantly stronger because it includes:

• Confirmed imaging findings
• Consultant Cardiologist’s assessment
• Comprehensive blood results
• Your GP’s clinical interpretation

This means your specialist appointment is more productive from the first visit.
